Who We Are

WoGAN was founded in the winter of 2000 in solidarity with the broad-based movement that had coalesced against the World Trade Organization's meeting held in Seattle at the end of 1999. We formed a network of existing student and activist organizations in order to concentrate our efforts, support each other, and bring about greater change.

Get Involved

WoGAN runs its meetings by consensus process. If you plan to attend a meeting, please read how we run our meetings beforehand. This will give you a basic understanding of our process and how to effectively participate in consensus meetings.

If you plan to ask WoGAN for an endorsement, please read our endorsement policy.

Meetings are generally held every other Thursday, alternating between the Clark University campus and another spot in Worcester. We generally try to post meeting information on the website, but sometimes we get behind. You can always send us an email to find out when and where the next meeting is.
